Each one also records the country the request came from — a country, never an address — and the page it was sent from.
Your email address is printed inside the report you download, in the footer, with the date it was generated. It is what makes the report yours — and it means that if you forward the file, your address goes with it.
The reading behind it is held for ten minutes while the file is built, then deleted. The report itself is never stored.
In a Cloudflare D1 database in Western Europe, plus a copy in our inbox. We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after the last exchange, and an address for updates until you ask us to stop.
To see, correct or delete what we hold — including coming off the updates list — write to hello@rainlift.co. One person reads it and there is no process to go through.
